IOCL Recruitment 2013 Executive Trainee Engineers Through GATE

IOCL is looking for young and energetic graduate engineers for filling up the vacancies of Officers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers in various disciplines through GATE 2013. News regarding this employment is published in www.iocl.com, stating those candidates who have applied for GATE 2013 can apply for graduate apprentice trainee posts using their GATE registration number from 10^th December, 2012 onwards.

Recruitment Details of IOCL

Total Posts to be Recruited: 250

Age Limit: 26 years as on 30^th June, 2013

Salary and other benefits: candidates selected, will be placed initially in E2 grade and paid Rs.35,000/- as stipend during the training period i.e. 1 year. After successful completion of training he will be placed in scale Rs.24900 - 50500/- with other allowances.

Executive Trainee Civil Engineering:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in civil with at least 65 % Marks.

Executive Trainee Chemical Engineering:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with at least 65 % Marks.

Executive Trainee Computer Science & Information Technology:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 65 % Marks.

Executive Trainee Electrical Engineering:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with at least 65 % Marks.

Executive Trainee Instrumentation Engineering:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Instrumentation Engineering (Including Electronics & Instrumentation engineering with at least 65 % Marks.

Executive Trainee Mechanical Engineering:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical with at least 65 % Marks.

Executive Trainee Metallurgical Engineering:

Eligibility: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engineering in Metallurgical with at least 65 % Marks.

Note: relaxation of pass marks for SC, ST and PWD candidates.

IOCL Application Process

Desired candidates after ensuring their suitability for the above mentioned Graduate Apprentice Engineer posts in IOCL can visit www.iocl.com from 10^th December to 19^th January, 2013 and register themselves using the GATE registration number given in the admit card. After online registration the applicant should take a print out of the system generated application form, suffix a passport size photo and produce it along with GATE 2013 admit card, at the time of Interview /group discussion.

IOCL Selection Process

Depending upon the GATE 2013 score the candidates will be called for Interview / Group Discussion.  It should always be remembered that only valid GATE 2013 score is required for IOCL recruitment of Executive Trainees.
