With the establishment of many national and international hotels in our country there is lot of demand for human resources in this industry. Keeping this in view, Institute of Hotel Management has been working to offer standard education with new syllabus and curriculum for the past 40 years in different states of the country.
Those who have entered into their third year of the course can find jobs through campus placements as management trainees and corporate trainees in different organizations. Those who are selected can expect minimum salary of 14,000 to maximum 35,000 to 40,000 rupees per month.
This year almost 34 organizations have visited the Institute of Hotel Management Education Institution in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad to conduct campus placements for the B.Sc. hospitality course students and have organized the interviews. Out of 143 students who have attended the interviews 130 students have got the job (90.90%).
Some companies have recruited more students and there are also opportunities for job in facility management, strategy management, marketing management, financial management, food science, nutrition and computers etc.
