Sub-Inspector of Food: 1131

Pay Scale:  Rs. 5,400/- to 25,200/- with grade pay Rs. 2600
Age Limit:  18 to 40 years
Academic Qualifications: Passed Madhyamik in West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or equivalent

WBSSC Sub-Inspector of Food Jobs Application Process:

Interested candidates meeting the requirement standards can apply either offline or online mode for West Bengal Sub-Inspector of Food jobs. Online application link as well as application format is available in

Candidates willing to apply through online can visit and register themselves by filling up basic information, scanned photograph and with signature by last date 14th March 21st March, 20144 till 4:00 P.M. The candidates are advised to download the system generated registration slip for future reference.

Applications can also be submitted through 1800 Tathya Mitra Kendras which were set up by W.B State Government. The candidates simply approach these Kendras with details, Scanned photograph and Scanned signature. However if any candidate submit their application through Tathya Mitra Kendra they have to pay Rs.20/- as service charge.

Selection process: Written Test (100 Marks) -> Typing Test (20 Marks)
